Normally the CFR has Hbbillns numbered 2461 since 2001. Bombardier, Length over the buffers 16.7m, loading gauge 15.2m.

At railfaneurope.net there are photos of a very similar wagon from the year 2003 Hbbins with the number 2469. It is a bit shorter: Length over the buffers 15.5m, loading gauge 14.2m.

The caption appears to have been adjusted. The “CFR” differs from the script. They appear to be AAE cars.
