Reparaţie portcuplă la un vagon de încălzire CFR WIT, producție Radu Popescu, H0 1:87

No servus,
Am zis să nu mă prindă Paştile cu lucruri nereparate ...
Acum multe luni în urmă, am primit o şansă de la Moş Crăciun şi am prins un vagon de încălzire CFR WIT producţie Radu Popescu ( aka @Radu161 ) de acum cca 10 ani !
Tot preumblat prin avioane RO-UK, şi bazându-mă doar pe buretele din cutie ( my bad ! ), am descoperit că i s-o rupt portcupla NEM la un capăt.
Trebuia sa invelesc vagonul intai intr-un servetel de bucatarie, asa cum fac cu TOATE vagoanele ce le transport cu mine pe distante lungi...

Aşa că, azi noapte am luat legătura cu @Radu161 şi i-am cerut niscaiva sfaturi.
@Radu161 mi-o recomandat să lipesc cu cianoacrilat la loc cele 2 piese, că va ține, tot ansamblul fiind din răşină !

I said that this Easter not to catch me with ...unrepaired things ...
Many Moons ago I got the chance from Santa Claus to get my hands on a heating wagon CFR WIT produced cca 10 years ago by Radu Popescu aka @Radu161 .
Because I kept taking this wagon on RO to UK flights, and thinking it is sufficient protection from the interior sponge ( my bad ! ) , I found out that the NEM coupler was broken at one end.
I should've wrapped the wagon in a soft kitchen towel, as I do with ALL my other wagons when transported on long distances....

...so last night I bother @Radu161 with an very late call, asking for advice on how-to-do-it ...
@Radu161 was very kind with me and told me that , thus he made it from resin, if I would just glue it with very fast glue ( cyanoacrilate) , then that would be ok.

Aşa că am purces la treabă...
Nu doar că am lipit cele 2 piese, dar am pus şi 2 întărituri din styren pe cele 2 laterale lipite cu cianoacrilat gel.
A rezultat o lucrare reuşită.
( Chuck Norris mi-a declinat oferta de a testa acum cupla, a zis că i se pare prea solidă legătura ! )

Ehe...o revedere cu un vagon vechi, nici nu mai stiam pe unde e.
A plecat din colectia mea acum 4 ani, cand am fost nevoit sa vand mare parte din colectie, si de atunci nu l-am mai vazut.
Din pacate, in 2011 cand am inceput acest proiect, nu am fost foarte inspirat cu modelul de portcupla ales, avend o zona subtire exact in zona cu eforturi mai mari. Intre timp am renuntat la varianta asta, si am facut altfel portcuplele, ca sa fie mai rezistente.
Totusi ma mir ca a tinut bine cat a rulat la expozitii si s-a dus la transport...

Oricum, onorat ca a ajuns pe mainile mele !
( Ma mir ca am scapat doar atat de ...ieftin, are niste detalii foarte fine pe laterale si pe burta... )

Continuăm cu montajul la loc al cuplei şi cu vopsirea ei cu culoare neagră pentru a masca lucrarea de reparație.

Salut,
Neavând la dispoziție încă o cuplă scurtă Roco, am ales să pun o cuplă scurtă Profi Fleischmann în loc de una Piko hoop.
Am pilit preventiv în interiorul portcuplei pentru a înlătura eventualele bavuri de la superglue.
Totodată, am schimbat şi cupla scurtă de la locomotiva EA AF cu una Fleischmann Profi.

Because I did not had any spares of Roco close couplings , I had too choose the Fleischmann Profi coupling instead of a Piko hoop one.
I also cleared the inside of the coupler housing of the wagon with a file, so any glue debries should be removed.
Also , I had to change the Roco close coupling from the EA AF lok with an Fleischmann Profi one.

...aşa că am făcut manevre ( la propriu !) şi mi-am adus garnitura pe inelul exterior, cu curbe R5 Rocoline.
Este un pic mai bine, dar , ca să fiu sigur, am uns talerele locomotivei EA AF şi cele ale vagonului WIT cu un pic de ulei Fleischmann 6599, FIX ca în realitate !
Declar lucrarea sfârşită !

Si nu, locomotiva EA nu are nevoie de WIT, dar neavand alta loko CFR la indemana + numind din start "tren turistic" , am zis ca ...merge si asa, dar la limita !
Si @Radu161 mi-a atras atentia, dar ...locomotivele potrivite ( DA sau seria 230.000 ) sunt in RO, acasa , odihnindu-se in sifonier !
Eu acum , cu acest tren, imi imaginez un scenariu de "cum ar fi fost AZI " sa avem asa ceva circuland in mod curent pe liniile romanesti, chiar si tractat cu o locomotiva EA !
