zona garii Oravita este singura din oras cu activitate, e plin de chioscuri, tigani, derbedei, soferi care fac transport profitind de lipsa trenurilor si raritatea autobuzelor etc.

vagoanele moarte din Timisora Nord au fost retrase aici. In bunul obicei romanesc, remiza veche a fost lasata sa se distruga. Acoperisul a cazut, dar culmea liniile din interior sint pline cu vagoane aduse de la Timisioara Nord. E greu de pozat deoarece trenul trece exact pe linga remiza si nu am avut unghi.

pe dreapta ma sint niste linii care probabil au fost de marfa. Statia Ticvanu Mic a fost pregatita si folosita pentru lucrarile de la termocentrala Anina, este posibil ca si Oravita sa fi fost folosita in acest scop.

pentru o statie de prelucrare exista o trecere la nivel.Culmea timpeniei: trenul are 10 km/h la pasaj. Asta in conditiile in care viteza este de 20 km/h si trec doar doua trenuri pe zi.PAi puneam un panou cu orele trenurilor ca sa opreasca eventualele masini.

intr-un final pe dreapta e o ruina care se vede ca e de tip mai nou. Este la km 8+8.

in tren seful de tren care imi spune ca e fosta statie Bradisor. La intors frinarul imi zice ca acolo este de fapt KM 9 unde inainte se incrusisau trenurile si unde frinarii care coborau cu trenurile, luau in primire trenurile care urcau. Tot aici cind ne-am intors frinarul a desfacut frina de mina.

In apropiere de Girliste de contra vad un semnal mai deosebit cu reper YL. La intoarcere frinarul imi spune ca semnalul este de fapt semnal de iesire al statiei Girliste.
