Este intr-adevar DR- 119, bazata in principal pe desenele locomotivei DR- 118 cu diverse modificari.

Germanii le numeau "U-boot" (submarinul) dar in particular li se spunea "Razbunarea lui Ceausescu" din cauza deselor defectiuni tehnice care le creeau probleme nemtilor. Vopsirea initiala nu era rosie complet, ci rosie cu partea superioara alba si cu o dunga alba in partea inferioara ca in poza asta:

(probabil liniaturile albe se vopseau ultimele, desi experienta mea cu vopselele nitro imi spune ca albul dat peste rosu iese intotdeauna ... roz! :D

Sunt foste locomotive BDZ de 760mm. Au fost fabricate 15 locomotive.

2 locomotive electro-mecanice de 250 KW fabricate in 1990 la Faur. exporate in 1991 in Germania, la Berlin, pentru linia industriala Berlin-Oberschöneweide (VEB Binnenhafen Berlin, später BEHALA).

LEM nu inseamna Locomotiva Electrica de Manevra?
A facut si Craiova una taiata zilele trecute la Brasov.
